Electronic Permission Access System (EPAS)
An ePAS is submitted when one needs access to the VA Network, Outlook, VISTA/CPRS, File Access, etc. Full demographics (full name, DOB, SSN, and gender) are required whenever a new or modified ePAS is submitted or for reactivation of an ePAS.

*VISTA/CPRS: Access and verify codes are given to you at New Employee Orientation. Please hold onto this information as you will need these to access VISTA and CPRS. Please talk to you supervisor about the level of access (read, write, order) you will need for the electronic health record.
